ABSTRACT
The objective in this investigation is to compare different approaches to landslide identification. The purpose if this paper is to find common approach and introduce new ideas to landslide identification. The scope of this paper is present the potential in using satellite imagery such as Airbus Pleiades Neo for landslide identification after disasters.

ABSTRACT
Satellite images and remote sensing techniques and algorithms makes it possible for us to obtain information about natural and artificial resources on Earth. Mapping the source distributions and observing the change with the images obtained can be done efficiently and makes it possible to evaluate landcover changes. In this context, a study is presented in which the preliminary studies, editing, classifications and transformations that need to be done, and the operations performed by verifying the images numerically and visually are explained. In the scope of this study you can find literature of obtaining and processing satellite images.

ABSTRACT
The report presents the synthesis of a simulation model of an example optical communication line with spectral multiplexing. Results of parameters and characteristics of the optical signals are obtained from the graphic analyzers, which are visualized. Three separate examples with different input signal are used, and the presented tests contribute to the guaranteed efficient operation of the system by conducting a series of measurements to accurately determine all its main parameters with the aim of optimizing any of them.

ABSTRACT
Today, every little bit of energy is very important. Campaigns and appeals have been made to the public, and incentives have been given to save energy. Ministry of Energy Serbia has analyzed ongoing climate change and increasing energy consumption. The request for energy saving from the Ministry of Energy Serbia has reached to the public enterprises PE ETV (Public enterprises Transmitters and Communications) contributed to saving energy consumption by using innovative technologies and equipment. Our goal is to provide a quality TV and radio signal with as little energy consumption as possible. Broadcasters and end users must be satisfied with that level of signal quality. This research paper describes the analysis of the energy efficiency of transmitters. We had to replace the transmitters with more energy-efficient ones in order to meet modern requirements for mode of operation and rational consumption of energy. We broadcast the DVB-T2 signal with transmitters whose amplifiers have been operated in Doherty configuration

DEVELOPMENT OF A CONTROLLER FOR SMALL WIND TURBINES WITH A MOBILE SETUP

DEVELOPMENT OF A CONTROLLER FOR SMALL WIND TURBINES WITH A MOBILE SETUP

ABSTRACT
Controllers for wind generators can be PWM or MPPT. MPPT controllers provide maximum battery charging current while protecting the turbine from damage. Due to the differences of wind turbines, in order for the controller to cope with this task, it is necessary to know the electrical and mechanical characteristics of the wind turbine. This paper proposes a method to automatically capture turbine characteristics at different wind speeds and different loads. The data is sent to a mobile device where the calculations are performed, then the characteristics are sent back to the controller. This is necessary due to the calculation of a large number of linear equations that the controller cannot handle.
