ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the use of the multi-agent system Jason as a tool for implementing a tourist guide for Gabrovo. The proposed system aims to provide a personalized and human-centric experience to the tourists by considering their preferences, interests, and current location. The system uses a reactive approach that allows agents to dynamically adapt to changing situations and provide the most relevant information to tourists. The paper argues that the reactive approach is more suitable for human-centric applications like a tourist guides, as it allows the system to respond to the tourists' needs in real-time. Moreover, the system considers the social context of the tourists by incorporating the social norms and customs of Gabrovo. The proposed system
has been evaluated through a user study, which shows that the tourists find it useful and enjoyable. In summary, this paper proposes a multi-agent system Jason for implementing a tourist guide for Gabrovo, which uses a reactive approach that is more human-centric. The system provides personalized and context-aware information to the tourists and has been evaluated positively through a user study.

ABSTRACT
In this paper the analysis of the difference between Electronic Code Book (ECB) chaining mode and Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) mode in secure data transmission is given. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption algorithm is applied while transmitting digital image. Some simulation results, presenting the advantage of using CBC mode, are also provided. A free e-learning software CrypTool is used to create the simulation model and analyze the simulation results.

ABSTRACT
In this paper, we compare the execution speed of the ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process, when it is implemented using SQL language code in the first case, and when it is implemented using the ETL tool SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) in the second case. In the first case we present an example of how to extract data and perform certain transformations to data from tables of the source database by direct executing SQL code, and load the transformed data into a destination database. In the second case, we extract and transform the same data, but using the built in components of the SSIS ETL tool without the need to write any command. The main goal of the paper is to compare the execution speeds for running ETL job in both ways, and to obtain the order of magnitude of time needed to transfer and transform data from OLTP source to OLAP destination systems.

ABSTRACT
Since very early stages of software development, concept of open-source and free tools developed by community took important role in pushing software development technologies and techniques forward. Such idea just recently started its development in world of integrated circuits (IC) where proprietary and expensive software and tools still play huge part in industry, practically making it impossible for individuals and small companies to develop their ideas in world of ICs. With ever-rising need for Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) for budget constrained projects, need for open-source developing tools to support those processes has become very important, in fact, so important that some of the biggest technology companies took part in their development in hope of diversifying available tools for designing and producing ASICs.This paper aims to raise awareness on so far available tools (some of which have long ongoing history) with special focus on Tiny Tapeout, tool specially designed for students and beginners in ASIC digital systems design world to make it as easy as possible to tapeout their first design from scratch.

ABSTRACT
LoRa technology has brought significant improvements in terms of range and resistance to interference, which has significantly expanded the field of application of wireless sensor networks (WSN) to larger geographical areas. Time synchronization is a significant problem in WSN since it is necessary to synchronize the local clocks of a large number of sensor nodes with sufficient accuracy. Since communication in WSN is performed at low data rates and nodes spend a lot of time in a low-power modes, it becomes challenging to maintain time synchronization between nodes under such conditions. This paper presents the method of time synchronization between WSN network nodes using LoRa technology, and based on measurements, the expecte synchronization accuracy is determined in the case of crystal resonators and crystal oscillators, which are most often used as clock sources in WSN nodes.
